ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders, cut in strips
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, juilienne strips
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, juilienne strips
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cups Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 cups linquine, 8 oz before cooking
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

directions

1. Preparation: 1. Rinse chicken under cold running water and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Cut peppers and prepare remaining ingredients
2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken tenders or strips and sauté lightly until about half done. Add peppers and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked and peppers are tender but not mushy. Add heavy cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for a minute or two and add pasta, then fold in grated cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve immediately.
